Who's a candidate

BMI ≥ 30, or BMI ≥ 27 with a weight-related comorbidity (type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, OSA). Adults age 18–75. Not for active eating disorders, MEN-2 family history, or personal medullary thyroid carcinoma.
